Remove the countersunk screw from the wheels and screw it back to the steering wheel taperlock

Check the position of the chain in the pulleys
-
Tension the chain but do not over load it, the chain slack should be approx 10mm
-
Lubricate the chain with a chain lubrication spray
6.12 Replacement of the wheel chain

Disconnect the battery and spark plug to prevent accidental starting of the machine and possible injury
-
Lift or support the machine so that the wheelsare off the ground and can turn freely
-
Release the bypass valve on the hydraulic pump 2 turns
-
Remove the wheel 3x self-securing nut M10 + spring washers
-
Dismantle the whole wheel suspension for an easier chain exchange
