In case of need fill up the oil into the wheel housing, total quantity is 100ml of MOBILUX EP004 

-

 

Clean and degrease sealing surfaces and apply silicone sealant

Install the chain onto the sprocket 

-

 

Mount the wheel hub to the wheel housing 

 

 

-

 

Install the chain onto the sprocket 

-

 

Mount the wheel hub on the wheel housing 

-

 

CAUTION! the chain must not twist 

-

 

Install the wheel hub on the wheel housing (15Nm) 

-

 

Turn by hand carefully with the wheel shaft forward and back, for proper seating of the chain inside the 
sprockets and chain guides. It must turn freely 

-

 

Install the springs of tensioning segments  - first on the pin in  the housing and then into the hole on the 
segment. Use a small sharp pliers 

 

 
-

 

Clean and degrease sealing surfaces  

-

 

Apply silicone sealant
