6.11 Replacement of the main drive chain 

-

 

Replacement is required if the deflection due to wear is too big with no chance to tension it  

-

 

Disconnect the battery and spark plug to prevent accidental starting of the machine and possible injury 
 

Replacement: 
 
-

 

Lift or support the machine so that the wheelsare off the ground and can turn freely  

-

 

Release the bypass valve on the hydraulic pump 2 turns 

 

 

-

 

Turn the wheels until the chain connecting link is between chain rollers and above the hydraulic pump 

-

 

Release the upper chain 

 

 

-

 

Remove one countersunk screw M6x40
