9.2 WINCH TROUBLESHOOTING
Failure
Probable cause of failure

The drum is not rotating
Lack of oil in the hydraulic system of the
machine
Add hydraulic oil
Jerking motion of the drum
Lack of oil in the hydraulic system
Add hydraulic oil
The drum rotates only until the oil
gets warm
Low engine speed
Increase the engine
RPM to maximum
Worn hydraulic motor
Replace the hydraulic
motor
The winch is too noisy
Worn bearings of the winch drum
Replace the bearings
9.3 REMOTE CONTROL TROUBLESHOOTING
The table below lists malfunctions that are signaled by LEDs on the Transmitting Unit and the solution to those
malfunctions. If the problem persists after attempting the suggested solution, contact the support service of the
Machine Manufacturer.
