6 STORAGE
6.1 CLEANING
WARNING
When using cleaning fluids, solvents or other chemicals, you must follow the manufacturer's instructions
and precautions.
WARNING
Wear protective gloves when handling hot parts to prevent burns. To protect your eyes, wear eyeglasses
when cleaning parts with a wire brush.
NOTE
: Cleaning metal parts with incorrect solutions may cause corrosion. Use only recommended cleaners and
solvents.
NOTE
: Never use water or steam to clean the area around electrical components. The use of water or steam could
damage the control unit and the mower could be inoperable. Remove dirt with a brush or cloth.
Do not allow mud, dirt, etc. to accumulate on the mower.
When removing parts, pay attention to dirt and foreign objects. Cover all openings and remove sediments before
proceeding.

6.2 STORAGE
If you are not going to use the mower for a long time, you must store it properly. If you prepare the mower carefully
and take care of it continuously, you can prevent deterioration and damage to the mower during storage.
PREPARING THE MOWER FOR STORAGE
1) Clean the mower and remove any unwanted material or corrosive products.
2) Dry the mower to remove solvents and moisture.
3) Apply grease to the moving parts.
4) Check that there are no worn or damaged parts on the mower. Replace if necessary. Pay attention to belt
distributions
5) Check the levels of all fluids. Top off if necessary.
STORAGE
1) Park the mower on a firm, level surface. Park where the mower is easily accessible.
2) Make sure all caps are closed.
3) Remove the key from the CENTRAL STOP button.
4) Remove the battery from both the mower and the RC.
• Keep the battery dry and warm.
• Charge the battery periodically.
5) If you are keeping the mower in the open area, cover it with a tarpaulin.
