7 MAINTENANCE
The Spider XLINER has been designed to work safely in harsh environments, efficiently and economically. Before
leaving the production line, the mower has passed a final inspection. To maintain the best possible condition, service
repairs must be carried ou
t by a DVOŘÁK – slope mowers’ service specialist. It is necessary to use original parts as
well as to adhere to the prescribed service terms in this manual.
This manual describes the service operations required to maintain your Spider XLINER. It is evident from the mower
maintenance chart that some service operations can only be performed by a DVOŘÁK service specialist. Service
technicians have enough equipment to perform the necessary maintenance and service operations.
It is necessary to keep a record sheet or service book after each service. You will have a perfect overview of the
maintenance and servicing performed. It is also necessary to always fill out the date and name of the technician.
Ensure greater reliability with proper maintenance and service.
OWNER / OPERATOR SUPPORT
The manufacturer's goal is customer satisfaction with their mower. In the event of a problem, you can contact the
service or after-
sales care department at DVOŘÁK - slope mowers.
When handing over a new mower and training with it, you will get the names of the relevant contact persons for
service from your dealer.
Provide the following information and data for effective contact with after-sales service or service:
1. Your name, address and phone number.
2. Mower model and mower serial number.
3. Date of purchase and hours worked.
4. The nature of the problem.
INITIAL SERVICE AND INSPECTION
The manufacturer recommends performing a warranty inspection after 200 hours of operation. This inspection is
usually requested by the
mower’s owner with the local Spider supplier. This is a condition for maintaining the validity
of the warranty.
SPARE PARTS
By using non-original spare parts and consumables, you expose the operator to health and safety risks, and at the
same time this can cause the mower to malfunction.
