CHECKING FOR OIL LEAKAGE

Check the hydraulic hoses for damage. Check all hydraulic functions. In particular, check the speed of operation,
vibrations and abnormal sounds. Do not use the mower where one or more of these defects appear.

HYDRAULIC OIL LEVEL CHECK

1)  Make sure the mower is on a level surface.
2)  Stop the engine and allow to cool off.
3)  Remove the engine and side covers.
4)  Remove the hydraulic oil tank cap.
5)  Visualize the oil level. The oil level must reach at

least (A = 10mm) from the top of the tank.

6)  If the level is below the specified mark, add the

recommended hydraulic oil.

7)  Tighten hydraulic tank cap and place covers back

on machine.

7.10  HYDRAULIC STABILIZING WINCH*

ROPE MAINTENANCE

Before each shift, check the condition of the rope, especially if you have been working in terrain where unwanted
objects, sharp edges, etc. were present.
After 20 hours of operation, pull the entire rope out of the winch and check its condition thoroughly for any damage.

WARNING

If the surface layer of the rope is damaged, replace the entire rope or shorten it if its shortened length
suits you. The use of a damaged rope is strictly prohibited.

WARNING

Do not directly expose the tow rope to hot / warm objects.

MOUNTING THE CARABINE

Lead the rope through the lashing ring, write an eight figure around the fixed end
and thread it through as shown in the picture.

MOUNTING THE ROPE

Mounting the new rope must be done only by the authorized service center.

WINCH CLEANING

After each shift, remove any dirt from the surface of the winch as well the hydraulic hoses. A clean surface helps
improve the cooling of the hydraulic oil as well as to detect faults. Remove any dirt by brushing with a broom. Do not
use pressured water. If water is used, the sprocket mechanism should be dried immediately. Do not use gasoline or
other petroleum products for cleaning.
