5.2 MOWER CHECK UP
The following checks must be carried out after each prolonged break
with the mower. They are also
recommended for longer continuous work with the mower, i.e. to stop the mower from time to time and carry out the
check.
Control operations concern the readiness of the mower to operate and ensure the safety while working with it. If
defects or malfunctions occur during the inspection, they must be repaired and corrected.
CLEANLINESS OF THE MOWER
•
Remove dirt and debris, especially near the
joints, pins and near the exhaust.
•
Clean all safety labels with instructions.
Replace any missing or unreadable labels.
•
Perform a thorough inspection to identify any
defects or deficiencies.
OPERATING FLUIDS
•
Check the engine and hydraulic oil levels
•
Check the fuel level (if less than 20% of the
tank is in the tank, refuel immediately)
•
Check for leaks underneath the mower
•
Ensure that all filler caps are properly installed
and closed.
TIRES
•
Check the tire pressures and their overall
conditions.
STABILIZING WINCH (not incl. in lite version)
•
Check the condition off the winch rope and
rope placement on the winch.
•
Check the condition of the carabiner.
MOWING SYSTEM
•
Check the condition of the blade (The blade
must be sharpened and free from any
deformation).
•
Check the blade screw for tightness.
SAFETY ELEMENTS
•
Check the function of both CENTRAL STOP
buttons, remote control and signal
transmission.
•
Visually inspect the bolts and nuts for tightness.
•
Check that all safety labels are readable on the
machine.
5.3 STARTING THE ENGINE
WARNING
Before starting the engine, a check-up of the mower must always be performed. This is important both in
terms of safety (yours and others) as well as to ensure maximum durability of the mower.
1)
Turn the controller on with the
controller main switch into position 1.
2)
Activate the CENTRAL STOP on
controller (by turning the CENTRAL
STOP clockwise).
3)
Unlock the CENTRAL STOP on the
mower to the ON (clockwise) position.
