Turn the adjusting screws (1 and 3) to adjust the
damping. The stiffest damping setting is obtained
with the adjuster turned fully clockwise to the 0
position. Starting from this position and by rotating
counterclockwise, you can count the turns.
To change preload of the spring inside each fork leg,
turn the hex. adjuster (2, Fig 146) with an 8.87 in (
mm) hex wrench, starting from the fully open
(clockwise) position.
The STANDARD adjustments from fully closed are as
follows:
compression: 10 clicks from fully closed;
rebound: 10 clicks from fully closed;
spring preload: FULLY OPEN (counterclockwise): 6
turns.
Attention
Regulate the adjusters on both legs to the same
positions.
