To access the main fuse, remove the left half-fairing
(page 247).
The main fuse (C, Fig 193), is positioned next to the
battery, on the solenoid starter (D, Fig 193). Remove
the fuse cap (E, Fig 193) to reach it. A blown fuse is
identified by the interrupted center link (F, Fig 194).
Important
Switch the ignition key to OFF before replacing
the fuse to avoid possible short-circuits.
Attention
Never use a fuse with a rating other than
specified. Failure to observe this rule may damage
the electric system or even cause fire.
