Only use high-quality duplication
silicones. Inhomogeneous viscosities
and filler distributions in the single
components can lead to a difference
of the ideal 1:1 ratio due to the
abrasion in the pump housing. This
can cause time-consuming and cost-
intensive repairs. We recommend to
use Dublisil silicones.
Preparation of the silicone
containers
1 kg bottles, material reservoirs or
cubitainers can be connected with
the Dosper M/5.
Bottles:
Open the bottles with the
components A and B and apply
bottle adapter.
Attention:
Coloured bottle adapter
onto the bottle filled with coloured
silicone mass - component B.
Material reservoir:
The colour-
marked transparent containers which
have already been equipped with a
quick-coupling are optionally availab-
le. The coloured silicone component
has to be filled into the colour-
marked reservoir.
Cubitainer:
Unscrew the caps of
the canister and fit colour-marked
connection hoses.
Attention:
Keep the two silicone
components always separated - do
not interchange connections! In
case the two components have been
mixed the silicone cures in the unit
which makes considerable repairs in
our plant in Unna necessary.
Filling of the unit
The Dosper M/5 is delivered ex-works
with testing liquid in the system.
When putting the unit into service
this liquid is produced by touching
the button until the duplication mass
reaches the hoses.
Putting into service
Operation
Ensure that the indicated voltage on
the type plate meets the voltage of
the power source.
Plug the power cable into the socket
of the unit and create a connection
with the euro-plug.

Attention!
Read the following notes before connecting and putting the unit into
service. The operating service and the function of the unit can only be guaranteed
for, if the general safety and accident prevention instructions of the legislation as
well as the safety instructions of the working instruction are observed.
Description of the unit
1.
This unit must only be used
according to the present working
instructions. We cannot be held liable
for damages which have been caused
by improper treatment respectively
faulty manners of operation.
2.
The indicated voltage on the type
plate has to meet the voltage of the
power source.
3.
Connect the unit only to a socket
with protective conductor. Never touch
the plug with wet hands.
4.
The unit has to be placed onto a
stable and even surface.
5.
Do not intrude any objects into
the unit.
6.
Only those appliances and spare
parts may be used which are released
by the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for damages
caused by the use of outside parts.
7.
Do not lock the operation button of
the unit.
8.
The unit has to be examined before
operation in view of proper condition
and general safety. If the unit is not in
proper condition, it must not be used
and has to be marked accordingly.
9.
Before cleaning and maintenance of
the unit or the changing of parts the
plug has to be disconnected.
10.
Plates and labels have to be
maintained in a well legible condition
and must not be removed.
11.
The opening of the unit and
repairs are only to be carried out
by accordingly trained experts.
The Dosper M/5 is an automatic
mixing and dosing unit for thin-flowing
addition-vulcanising two-component
duplication silicones. At the touch
of a button the components are
mixed in a ratio of 1:1 and dosed
for duplication. The quick-coupling
allows the use of the 1 kg original
packaging drums, refillable material
reservoirs or the 6 kg resp. 25 kg
large cubitainers.
