6. Place the tire set (outer and inner tires) on flat ground
surface and remove outer and inner tire assembly bolts(4).
7. Remove rubber spacer (5) and check any damage of all
parts so as to replace part to a new one if there are wear
and damage.
8. As for sequential order of assembling the tire, firstly place
inner tire on flat ground surface, and then lay it so that
rubber spacer come to central part of inner tire upon inner
tire ring.
NOTE: Assemble so that rubber spacer protrusion part
shall face inner tire rim side.
9. Place outer tire on rubber spacer while taking heed to outer
and inner tire assembly bolt holes; and then fasten tire
assembly bolt (4) (tightening torque of 11 Kg
• m).
