Change the screen displayed when Home key is pressed 
(Home screen) to docomo Palette UI. To change it, 
switching home application is needed.

In the Applications menu, [Home Switcher]

If you do not mark [Use by default for this action.],

When a home application is set to docomo Palette UI, the
