Complaint or Problem

Rear view camera does not show
image when vehicle is in reverse
Reverse enable wire is not
properly connected or is on the
wrong circuit
Have an installation technician
verify that the proper wire is used
and correctly connected
Host head unit is not on or not
switched to the Prodigy ONE
Turn host head unit on to view
camera image (camera 1 input)
Camera 2 image does not display
at all from Main Menu selection
Camera has lost power or has a
poor/incorrect video connection
Have an installation technician
verify proper camera 2 connections
There is no camera 2 installed
Visit an installation technician for
installation of a second camera
Camera 2 image displays, but will
not switch back off
User must select the “EXIT”
function in the middle of screen
Simply press “EXIT” or select using
the RF remote
“EXIT” button function not
responding for some reason
Turn ignition off and back on to
reboot Prodigy ONE
