13.4 SET TOTALISATION THRESHOLD
It is possible to establish a weight interval (in between 0 and the scale capacity) for executing a weigh; outside this interval,
the operation is not accepted (when the
F6
key is pressed the LCD display shows the “WEIGHT OUT OF THRESHOLD”
message for a few seconds.
SET WEIGHING THRESHOLD:
Through the
500
function, combinable with the desired key (
<< F.KEYS >>
step,
TECH.MAN.REF.
), it’s possible to
access the “thr.hi" menu (Maximum Threshold Setting): set the upper totalisation threshold and press
ENTER
.
Through the
501
function, combinable with the desired key (
<< F.KEYS >>
step,
TECH.MAN.REF.
), it’s possible to
access the “thr.Lo" menu (Minimum Threshold Setting): set the lower totalisation threshold and press
ENTER
.
NOTES:
- By setting 0 in the maximum threshold, it’s possible to totalise up to the maximum capacity of the scale.
- By setting 0 in both thresholds, the functions are disabled.
- The totalisation field is valid for all totalisation types.
13.5 REENABLING THE PRINTING AND WEIGH
After having carried out a weigh, in order to carry out a new one, the displayed weight must pass by the zero or become
unstable.
This setting is made in the SETUP environment, in the
F.ModE >> rEACt
parameter
(TECH.MAN.REF.)
.
While using the indicator, one may incur in the “WEIGHT NOT PASSED BY 0 OR UNSTAB.” error shown on the LCD
display, this means that the function which one wants to carry out, must be reenabled (in order to avoid accidental
executions).
In any case, one can also exclude this type of check: in order to do this, one should set “ALWAYS” in the
F.ModE >> totAL
>> EXE.tot
step
(TECH.MAN.REF.)
.
13.6 VISUALISATION AND CLEARING OF THE ACCUMULATED TOTALS
Each total can be momentarily viewed on the display or cleared independently through the printout, linking the function
corresponding to the desired step (
<< F.KEYS >>
step,
TECH.MAN.REF.
):

By recalling one of the clearing functions, the instrument requests a confirmation before proceeding with the cancellation:
press ENTER to clear, C for continuing to accumulate.
It’s possible to disable the confirmation request, in the
F.ModE

step,
TECH.MAN.REF.
.
In case of visualisation of the total, the instrument automatically exits the function after a few seconds.
NOTES:
-
The weight data of the cleared total will be updated only with the subsequent totalisation.
-
Clearing of the partial total provokes the instantaneous increase of the general total and grand total with the current
value of the partial total.
-
Clearing of the general total involves the clearing of the next totalisation of the partial total and the clearing of the
weighing list.
-
Clearing of the grand total involves the clearing of the next totalisation of the partial total and of the general total and
also the clearing of the weighing list.
