Vl100 waits until 1000 meters away from waypoint centre before accept from the
GPS a new waypoint (see Step 1).
This navigation mode tells the pilot themoment he crosses the start gate. The
management of this kind of navigation is subdivided as follows:
Make sure that VL100 doesn’t have any waypoint kept in memory (waypoint name
memory= “NOWP”) , on the contrary it must be cancelled (see waypoint
cancellation)
When VL100 receives from the GPS a GOTO for a waypoint (in GOTO or ROUTE
mode) in order for the VL100 to recognise the waypoint as a start pylon the
following conditions must occur:
