ADDITIONAL MEMORY CARD
On the Digifly AIR’s housing, you will find the microSD Class 10 memory card reader slot, with a capacity
ranging from 8GB to 32GB formatted FAT32.
To insert a memory card, your instrument must be OFF. Place the card with the label facing the instrument’s
keyboard side and insert the card’s connector side in the instrument; to lock the memory card it is necessary to
gently press it with your fingernails (or another microSD) until it you hear the typical “locked” click.
To extract the memory card, turn your instrument OFF, press the SD card and let it go, to release it.
Warning: Beware that if the card is inserted incorrectly, it could damage the instrument void its warranty.
You will use this card to store the topographic map files, as many as you want, that your AIR will use for the map
instrument. With the microSD card containing map files in your AIR, when you turn it on and it acquires GPS
signal, the AIR will automatically search those files and select the ones relevant to the place it finds itself in.
