DISPLAY / FAILURES
On top of the display you can read the actual working hours of the machine.
Left on top the engine speed setting will be displayed (100% is similar to the
max. adjusted pressure). On the right top side, the setting temperature will be
displayed. Setting: 0°C= burner off & 1°C or more= stand- by temperature.
Centrally you can read the working pressure and the output temperature.
The fuel engine temperature is also visible in the gray zone (center / bottom).
The burner icon (not visual indicated) will be visible below the output
temperature reading.
• If the burner is off -> icon is visible with a red slash (line).
• If the burner temperature is set -> icon is only visible.
• If the burner temperature is reached via the burner -> icon is visible with a red
background (in operation).
Below you can check if the antifreeze filling function is active (left). Also,
centrally below, the fuel engine symbols can be visible from left to right;
• The 1
st
symbol indicates on inhibit regeneration (DPF) (blocked).
• The 2
nd
symbol indicates on necessary regeneration (DPF).
• The 3
rd
symbol indicates on active regeneration (DPF).
Attention! The exhaust temperature of the fuel engine
increases now! Pay attention on EX zones!
• The 4
th
symbol is the disturbance indication and signals a disturbance to the
engine (exhaust gasses).
• The 5
th
symbol is a safety indication and is used to indicate not electrical
errors of the fuel engine. Attention needs to be given to the fuel engine.
• The 6
th
symbol is a warning indication and signals errors to the fuel engine.
• The 7
th
and last symbol signals a critical error.
The fuel engine will be stopped immediately in this phase!
On the left & right side you can check the tank levels (fuel & water). When the
level will decrease below 20%, the display will visualize the level in red color.
Above 20%, the filling level will be displayed in green color.
It can be that the actual temperature has a higher value than
the setting temperature, the burner will not work until the
actual temperature is lower than the setting temperature.
1
Temperature settings
Determine experimentally which engine speed (spray pressure) and at which
temperature the object best can be cleaned without damaging it. Protein-
containing material, rubber or synthetic material: knob not higher than 50°C.
For the other settings the most diverge materials and/or machines will be
cleaned. Therefore, there are no fixed settings to be displayed. The burner
hours are visible on the start screen if there is pushed on on the clock symbol
on top. The burner hours will be visible at the time of pushing the (clock) key.
2
High cleaning temperatures
A cleaning temperature of more than 95°C can only be obtained by reducing
the number l/min produced by the high pressure pump. By ( min. pressure, min
flow) reducing the engine speed setting on the display one reduces the number
of l/min. The temperature shall increase maximum until the set value is reached.
If the flow is low, the flow switch shall put the burner out of use, to prevent that
the temperature will increase.
