Service
GENERAL
All maintenance activities must happen at an disconnected machine and
hoses without pressure. Allow to cool down the cleaner before performing
maintenance activities! Checking the electric components can happen
exclusively by an expert. Exclusively accessories and replacement components
which have been approved by the manufacturer can be used. Directly after
the activities all securities- and protection parts must be assembled, before
the machine is put in functioning. Allow the cleaner to cool down before you
perform maintenance activities! “a golden rule” that contributes to a perfectly
working machine with few problems, is well the following:
A daily control and cleaning of the machine frequently do wonders!
To be able to guarantee a perfectly working system, one has first necessary a
reliable and technical well considered machine, which is then faced secondly
at regular times with a thorough maintenance. Therefore the experience and
the “know-how” of DiBO a technical good working machine is insured and large
maintenance turns can be carried out by experienced DiBO technicians by
means of appointment or maintenance contract, we can suppose in advance
that it is satisfied to those 2 points.
MAINTENANCE DIAGRAM

General
Check the machine daily by means of the maintenance diagram. You can find
the maintenance diagram on the following pages. Check transmission belts on
good tension, possible defects. If not, then consult a proper service technician.
PAY ATTENTION: take care that the transmission belts are
not in movement and observe the applying safety standards!
Before starting any maintenance activities: always secure the
trailer with wheel blocks, uncouple the battery, make sure
that the engine is switched off & is cooled sufficiently!

Periodic maintenance

Check the electric cables, high & low pressure
hoses, couplings and control of the oil level.
Check the wheel bolts/ Ball clutch/plug/lights/
good tyre pressure of the trailer.
After each use
Refreshing pump oil
First 50 hrs
Cleaning water filters (strainer, water filter)
Every 50 hrs
Replacement / cleaning oil filters & fuel filters
First 50 hrs, next 250 hrs
Cleaning fuel tank.
First 50 hrs, next 250 hrs
• All following refreshments of pump oil.
• Cleaning heat exchanger (depending fluid
properties and calcium deposits).
• Replace the bypass valve(s).
Every 250 hrs
Maintenance engine: refreshment motor oil,
coolant & cleaning/replacing of the filters

Overhaul fuel engine (licensed Kubota technician)

Extra control/replacement of joints, valves, o-
rings by acknowledged DiBO- technicians!

• Lubricate or oil all sliding or jointed parts of the
overrun device.
• Check on possible wear of the wheel brakes/
bearings/brake linings!
• Coolant fuel engine replacement.
