3 Operation
3.1 Mounting on the tractor
Danger!
Work may only be carried out with the
implement at a standstill! Shut down the
engine and remove the ignition key!

z Bottom link height: set to approx. 40 mm from the
ground (fig. 3-1).

Attach the Rotary Tedder to the tractor with bolt "A"
and secure it with spring pin (fig. 3-2).
z Connect the cardan shaft to the tractor p.t.o. shaft
z Lock the protecting tube with the chain to prevent it
from rotating
z Connect the four hydraulic remote connections (red
= lateral machines/chassis; bare metal = hydraulic
clearing of the field edges) to two double-acting
control units.
Attention!
Make sure that the hydraulic lines do not
get jammed, scrub or get caught.
z Connect the lighting cables and lay the traction rope
into the tractor cabin.
z Raise the support foot
Attention!
When connecting and disconnecting the
hydraulic lines, adjust the tractor hydraulic
system to "free float".
