4.4 Setting for System Operation
4.4.1 Operating Setting
(1)
Alarm time of IMM Signal:
Time-out setting for signal handshake time when the
ejector moves forward and backward and when the core moves forward and
backward.
When this alarm occurs, open the safety door and then close the door
again can clear the alarm (It means the personnel enters to troubleshoot the
problem).
(2)
Safety door action (outside mould):
The arm is in outer molding area. Users can
determine if the arm shall
Pause
or
Non Pause
when the safety door is opened.
(3)
Safety door action (inside mould):
The arm is in inner molding area. Users can
determine if the arm shall
Stop
or
Pause
when the safety door is opened.
(4)
Monitor alarm of Mid-plate mould:
It can be set to detect [Mid-plate mould] when
the mould is opened.
(5)
Detecting midway judgment:
To detect the items dropped in the midway from the
sensor.
(6)
Adjust the distance in auto operation:
When the arm is in auto operation, click on
[Not tracking] to select the command for slightly adjusting the moving distance.
Users can setup the maximum distance that can be adjusted via this function.
