In the SNTP Server field, enter the IP address or host name for the new
SNTP server.

Specify whether the information entered in the SNTP Server field is an
IPv4 address, IPv6 address, or a hostname (DNS).
5 If you require authentication between the SNTP client on the switch and
the SNTP server, select the Encryption Key ID check box, and then select
the key ID to use.
To define a new encryption key, see
"Adding an SNTP Authentication Key "
on page 285 .
To view all configured SNTP servers, click the Show All link. The SNTP
Server Table displays. You can also use the SNTP Server Table page to
remove or edit existing SNTP servers.
NOTE:
The SNTP server must be configured with the same authentication
information to allow time synchronization to take place between the two
devices.
