Address Aging
In the
Address Aging
page, you can specify the length of time an address stays available to the switch if it is not configured as static.
The
Aging Time
option sets the time before an address is purged from the system. You can change this value to any number between 17 and 2184. (The
default is 300 seconds.)
To save any changes you make in this page, click
Apply Changes
. If you don't want to save the changes, click
Refresh
.

and its MAC address. The lower the Bridge ID, the more likely the switch will act as the root.
