Sets the primary IP address for this device. Use the
no form
command to
remove the IP address, or to disable IP address assignment through BOOTP or
DHCP.
ip default-gateway
gateway
Establishes a static route between the switch and management stations that
exist on another network segment.
show ip interface
Displays the usability status of an IP interface.
show ip redirects
Shows the default gateway configured for this device.
NOTICE:
If
Restart DHCP
is selected when IP settings have been configured statically, a warning message indicating that the IP Address Mode is not
set to DHCP displays.
