Removing the Bottom Cover  

 

 

1.

Follow the procedures in 

Before You Begin

.  

 

 

  

2.

Turn the computer over.  
 

 

  

3.

Loosen the two captive screws that secure the bottom cover to the chassis.  
 

 

  

4.

Lift the bottom cover off the computer.  
 

  

 

Replacing the Bottom Cover  

 

 

1.

Follow the procedures in 

Before You Begin

.  

 

 

  

2.

Align the tabs on the bottom cover with the slots on the computer.
