COM2, when available, is an optoisolated RS232 port and is usually connected to the
illuminator chain.
PS, ENC and AUX IN are optoisolated inputs with the following electrical characteristics:

If not present, a ferrite (type Stewart 28A2029-0A0) must be applied on the camera side of
the Main cable to reduce electrical noise. The cable shield must also be connected to the
chassis of both connectors.
