Ingredients
: ½ of sweet pumpkin, ½ cup of glutinous rice flour, 2½ cups
of water, a little salt and honey

How to Cook
1. Wash the sweet pumpkin thoroughly, dig out its inside, and peel it off. Add
it into the inner pot with ½ cup of water and steam it for 20 minutes in
STEAM Mode.
2. Crush the steamed sweet pumpkin.
3. Put the glutinous rice flour a little by little into 2 cups of water, stirring it so
that no lump is formed. Mix it with the mashed sweet pumpkin evenly and
put the mixture into the inner pot.
4. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker and close the lid.
5. Select SLOW in the menu, set the time to 2 hours, and start cooking by
pressing the [COOK/OK] button.
6. When cooking is finished, add salt and honey and stir it lightly.
※ Note that, if you put more water than the standard amount, the rice water may spew out when the
steam is exhausted. So, be careful.
Sweet Pumpkin
Porridge

Ingredients: 50g of onions

and potatoes, 40g of carrots, 40g of
mushrooms, 100g of beef sirloin, 160g of cream soup powder, a little olive
oil and salt, 8 cups of water (1200g)

How to Cook
1. Thinly chop the onions, potatoes, carrots and beef sirloin, and slice the
mushrooms.
2. Slightly stir-fry the sliced ingredients with a little olive oil and salt.
3. Put the soup powder and water into the inner pot, stir them well, and add
the above ingredients.
4. Select SLOW in the menu, set the time to 5 hours, and start cooking by
pressing the [COOK/OK] button.
※ You do not have to fry the ingredients.
Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
: 600g of beef rib, 1 carrot, ½ onion, ¼ pear, 10 chestnuts, 10
ginkgo nuts, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of liquor

Seasoning sauce
: 7 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of
ground sesame mixed with salt, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon
of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons minced green
onion, 2 tablespoons of starch syrup

How to Cook
1. Chop the beef ribs and remove oil and tendons and soak them in cold
water for 2 hours to remove blood.
2. Scoop the ribs with a sieve to remove water, make some cuts, and let
them sit in the sugar and liquor for about 30 minutes to tenderize the meat.
3. Stir-fry the ginkgo nuts on a pan with a little salt added to peel off the skin
and cut the carrots to nut sizes. Grind the onion and pear on a grater to
make onion and pear juice.
4. Make a seasoning sauce by adding the ingredients.
5. Mix all the ingredients and marinate them in the seasoning sauce for about
1 hour and then put them into the inner pot.
6. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker and close the lid.
7. Select STEAM in the menu, set the time to 45 minutes, and start cooking
by pressing the [COOK/OK] button.
※ You do not need to add any water because it is cooked with meat juice, sauce, and pear juice.
※ If you add more water, be careful because the broth may spew out when the steam is exhausted.
