Because this tax table has more than 5 break points (the number of break points
that can be displayed on the first screen), you must continue to enter

SALE AMT

RANGE

information on the additional screens until information has been entered

for each break point. After completing the tax range entries, your screen should
look like the following screen. Note that this screen should look exactly like the
corresponding part of the printed tax table.
