- Check that there are no obstructions that
prevent water circulation;
- Check that the heat exchanger is not
blocked;
Err 165 Electrical voltage too low
Check the electrical voltage
Err 166 Electrical voltage too high
Check the electrical voltage
Err 168 Flue gas maximum temperature.
WARNING!!! If the lock is repeated more
than once a day, switch-off the appliance
and contact a qualified service centre.
NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE
APPLIANCE.
Check that there is no air in the heating
circuit; perform any vents from the highest
radiators;
Vent the air from the appliance.
Check that the pump works correctly;
If the pump is not working, it must be
replaced.
Check that the flue gas temperature is
not more than 30°C above the return
temperature.
If the difference between the return
temperature and the flue gas temperature
is above 30°C, contact a qualified service
centre.
Measure the appliance efficiency, it must
correspond to value declared in the
technical features.
If the efficiency does not correspond to the
data at the end of the manual, the primary
heat exchanger is probably dirty from the
flue gas side or the water side. Clean and
check efficiency again.
