1 - GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS

WARNING!!! If you smell gas:
1 - Do not switch on any electrical device, telephone
included;
2 - Ventilate the room;
3 - From another room or in absence from a
neighbor, call a qualified installer immediately or
the gas supply company. Call the Fire Service
if the former are not available.

WARNING!!! If you smell combustion products:
1 - Switch-off the appliance;
2 - Ventilate the room;
3 - Call a qualified installer.

It is forbidden to store and/or use explosive or
highly flammable materials such as paper, solvents,
paint, etc., in the same room where the appliance is
installed.

The gas appliance must be installed, calibrated or
modified by qualified installer, in compliance with national
and local regulations, as well as the instructions in this
manual.

WARNING!!! Incorrect installation or poor
maintenance can cause damage or injury to persons,
animals or objects, for which the manufacturer
cannot be deemed liable.

WARNING!!! The appliance exhaust must be
connected to a flue gas exhaust duct. Failure to
comply with this regulation leads to serious risks for
the safety of persons and animals.

WARNING!!! A water temperature higher
than 51°C can also cause permanent damage to
people, animals and objects. Above all, children,
the older people and people with disabilities must
be protected against potential risks of scalds, by
inserting devices that limit the temperature of the
water.

It is forbidden to modify the flue gas ducts.

It is forbidden to obstruct the termianls of the air
intake / flue exhaust ducts.

It is forbidden to leave any parts of the
packaging or any replaced parts within the reach of
children.

Seal the adjustment devices after every adjustment.

In agreement with the provisions for use, the user is
obliged to keep the installation in good condition and to
ensure reliable and safe operation of the appliance.

The user must have the maintenance performed on
the appliance by a qualified installer incompliance with
national and local regulations and this manual.
l
We would also highlight the convenience of an
annual scheduled maintenance contract with a qualified
installer.

WARNING!!! Before performing any cleaning or
maintenance operations, disconnect the appliance
from the power supply, water and gas supply, using
the appropriate devices.

WARNING!!! After having performed any cleaning
or maintenance operations, make sure that all
internal parts of the appliance are dry before re-
connecting the electric power supply.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory and
mental capabilities or a lack of experience or knowledge,
unless they are supervised or have been instructed on
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
l
This manual is an integral and essential part of the
product and must be kept carefully by the user for future
consultation. If the appliance needs to be transferred or
if you should move and leave the unit to another user,
always ensure that this manual remains with the new
user and/or installer.
l
Any options or kits added later must be original
Cosmogas products.
l
This appliance must be intended only for the use for
which it has been expressly declared: central heating
water for closed circuits intended for central heating of
rooms for civil and domestic use, production of domestic
hot water for civil use.
l
Any contractual and non-contractual liability on the
part of the manufacturer is excluded for damage caused
by installation errors or usage errors and, in all cases,
following a failure to comply with the instructions given by
the manufacturer or with applicable national and/or local
laws.
l
For safety reasons and to safeguard the
environment, the packaging components must be
disposed of in the relevant separate waste collection
centres.

WARNING!!! In the case of appliance breakdown
and/or malfunctioning, deactivate it; do not attempt
any repairs.Contact a qualified installer only. If
components must be replaced for repair, only use
original spare parts. Failure to comply with the above
can compromise the safety of the appliance.
