Check-In
When a guest checks into the hotel, operator has to register his name in the system &
activate dialing rights from the extension of the room.
To Check-In a room

You get
1.
Put the handset on cradle.
2. Press
CHECK-IN / MEMO key.
The display will show “CHECKIN ”
3.
Enter the required room number.
If a valid room number is entered,
the display will show an arrow.
4.
Enter the guest name using the DSS keys.
After entering the guest name, Press the
HOLD key of KTS to complete the
Check-In process.
5.
If Advance is enabled, " +" will appear
and you can enter the advance amount
taken from the guest & Press the hold key
to complete the Check-In process.
System will record the current date and time as the check in date and time of the room.
Now the guest can directly make the outgoing calls depending on his dialing rights. All the
calls made from the room will be stored in the system memory.
Note : During the checking-in of a guest, his name can be entered only with the
help of a DSS. The Corresponding alphabet of every key is marked on the DSS. A
maximum of Rs. 9999 can be entered as advance.
Check-Out
When a guest wants to check-out, operator will have to Check-out that room to get the details
of outgoing calls that were made by the guest from the room. This feature will work only if a
printer is connected to the system & is in ON LINE condition.
