To cancel the alarm
Step Action You get
1. Dial the alarm code (default 51) + 00 + 60’ Confirmation tone.
2. Press the RLS key
The operator also can set the alarm for any room. If both guest & operator are setting the wake
up alarm then latest setting will come in effect.
Important : This feature can be used only if the room is checked in & these
features cannot be accessed from operator or to the operator.
Floor Service
In case separate room service departments are present at each floor, we can have an
arrangement of having the same room service codes for each floor. This means that guests at
different floors can call room service using the same number, the system will route their call
to the service department on their on floor, thus providing speedier service to the guests. The
default floor service code is 87. The procedure for calling the room service is as follows :
To call the floor service
Step Action You Get
1. Lift the handset. Dial tone.
2.
Dial the code of the floor service (default
code is ‘87’).
Wait for an answer.
Note : Floor service extension is set through system programming.
