To activate call forwarding
Step Action You Get
1. Lift the handset. Dial tone.
2. Dial the call forwarding code i.e. 52 + Ext. No. Confirmation tone.
3. Hang up.
To cancel call forwarding
Step Action You Get
1. Lift the Handset. Dial tone.
2. Dial own sup code i.e. 55 + Own pa ‘2’ Confirmation tone.
3. Hand Up.
The default own password is '77'.
Important: This feature can be used only if the room is checked in and these
features cannot be accessed from operator or to the operator.
Call forward busy
Any room can forward its incoming calls to any other room only if your extension is busy. If
your room extension is free, calls will ring on your own extension.
This feature `Call Forward Busy’ has to be activated on the desired room extension through
system programming (refer system programming part of this manual).
Do Not Disturb
This feature enables a room guest to inhibit your extension from ringing, but you can still
make outgoing calls. Any incoming call for your extension will be automatically cancelled
and the caller will get busy tone.
