Call Transfer Rights
To transfer a call, extension should have call transfer rights. To enable the call transfer rights
on an extension, command is,
32 EX 1 - Extension EX can transfer external calls.
32 EX 0 - Extension EX cannot transfer external calls.
Where EX = 200,201,202,….. If call transfer right is removed then the call can neither be
put on hold nor transferred.
Default: Available on operator only.
Setting of Floor Service for Room
As explained earlier, to define the floor service extensions, command is,
41 Ex Ey
41 Ex Ey - Set EY as floor service for a line EX. which is already defined as ROOM
extension. & Ex & Ey = 200 to number of extensions.
Default : No floor service is set.
Important : Before this programming, set Ex as room by the command `31 Ex 1' & set Ey
as service extension.
Gate Phone
An extension can be defined as agate phone. When a gate phone is lifted, it automatically
establishes a hotline to the operator. An extension cannot program itself as a gate phone.
30 EX 1 - Set Ex as gate phone.
30 EX 0 - Set Ex as Normal phone.
Where Ex - 200, 201,....etc. corresponding to extension numbers.
Default: No extension is set as gate phone.
