Write-protect
Executing write-protect can prevent from deleting the important data preserved in the CF card and
overwriting them by mistake.
This section describes how to execute and release write-protect to a CF card.
CAUTION
Do not use the CF card after removing it from PT-E.
Write-protect is only available for the CF card that is installed in PT-E.
Method of Executing Write-protect
(1) Click [Start] on taskbar.
Move the cursor to [All programs (P)]
→
[Accessories] and click [Command Prompt].

(2) The command prompt is started.
Input command “ewfmgr C: -enable” and then press [Enter] key.
