Merging with Comsift-Maintained Bypass List 

Comsift maintains a list of the most common URLs that need to be bypassed. This list is delivered along with 
the Blacklist update that is performed nightly or weekly (describe in Chapter 7) as determined by your contract. 
If this option is enabled, then your ComSifter will merge your local list of with the Comsift list. 

By default, this option is enabled.
