7.5.20 Runecu (for OpenVMS and DIGITAL UNIX Only)
For OpenVMS and DIGITAL UNIX systems, the runecu command is
used to invoke the EISA Configuration Utility (ECU). ECU comes
on a floppy. The arc_enable environment variable must be set to
on before this command can be used.
