Machine logbook
A carefully kept machine logbook is important for proper operation, and it docu-
ments the condition and availability of the fan.
Enter the following in the machine logbook along with the date and name:
• Commissioning
• Operating hours at which an activity was performed.
• Maintenance activities performed, repairs conducted, and spare parts re-
placed.
• Extended downtimes and idle times due to malfunctions.
• Special events (process changes, power outage, etc.).
• Change of responsible maintenance personnel.
Classify the activities with abbreviations:
I - Inspection, M - Maintenance, R - Repair
