Depending on the execution, an electric motor can either be connected directly
(1) to the electrical mains or can/shall be operated with a FC.

The FC is either

• directly attached to the electric motor (2, order option),

• mounted on the fan support (3, order option),

• or installed separately in the control cabinet (4, customer solution).

NOTICE

 Risk of damaging the frequency converter

Do not manipulate the isolation switch when the electric motor is running if con-
nection option 4 is used.
