• Loosen clamping adapter.
• Loosen and remove
fastening screw (1).
• Pull outer cone (2) from
the motor shaft with a
suitable release bolt (3)
(see detail).
• Remove impeller and
clamping adapter from mo-
tor shaft.

The impeller is mounted directly to the motor shaft on fans CMVpro 125-200
with electric motors of size 100 or 112 as well as for CMVpro 250-400 with elec-
tric motors of size 132.
Mounting instructions
• For slip-free power transmission, the following shall be free of grease:
• Motor shaft.
• Impeller borehole.
• The outside of the clamping adapter borehole.
• Set impeller position

• Mount clamping adapter:
• Nest cones together such that the slots do not overlap.
• Tighten the fastening screws according to the table:

• Check impeller mobility.
NOTICE The impeller may not grind.
• Heat new hub cap evenly to approx. 60 °C with hot air blower and press
onto hub.
