9.1.3. Utilities of USB Flash Driver
Press Setup;
Press S3 [Archive Menu Data Backup];
Press S3 [USB Disk Utilities];
Now, the LCD screen will display 3 functions, which will be introduced as below:
9.1.3.1. View the Capacity of USB Flash Driver
You can view the capacity of the inserted USB Flash Driver.
After you pressing the S1 [Get USB Capacity], the console will read the USB information and show
the capacity and the spare space of the USB flash driver on the LCD screen.
9.1.3.2. Delete File
You can delete the files of the inserted USB flash driver. Note: the files can not be resumed after
deleted!
Press S3 [Delete File];
Use or to select the needed document;
Press S1 [DELETE] to delete and it takes several minutes;
Press S6 [Quit this Menu] until return to the “Live Show Mode”.
9.1.3.3. Format the USB Flash Driver
You can format the USB driver in FAT or FAT32 format on the controller. It is the same as format it
on PC. If the USB flash driver is not in the FAT or FAT32 format, you have to format the USB flash
driver by PC. (Note: exFAT and NTFS format are not permitted).
Note: the memories of the USB flash driver will be eliminated once it is formatted!
Press S4 [Format USB Disk] and S1 [Confirm] to format the USB flash driver. This operation can
not change the format of USB driver, but can quickly eliminate the memories of the USB flash
driver.
