Antenna data update
The Base Unit contains a backup of the antenna data from the PCM unit in the antenna.
When the Base Unit or RF assembly has been exchanged, you must make sure the units are
using the same antenna data. Do as follows:
1. Select
SERVICE > Antenna data
.
2. Enter the new LNB values as shown on the label on the LNB:
LNB-LPN: LNB model number
LNB-LSN: LNB serial number, in Inmarsat format
L-MID: Manufacturer ID
LNB-FID: LNB function ID (typically empty, shown with a "-")
3. Click
Apply
to save the new settings.
4. Restart the system and wait for
MDM:NETOK
in the display.

Self test
You can start a self test of the antenna alone or of the complete VSAT system.
1. Select
SERVICE > Self test
.
2. Select
Restart antenna
or
Restart terminal
, depending on whether you want to test
the antenna alone or the system.
3. Wait until the field
MDM
: in the upper status line shows
NETOK
.

Note
If you have replaced the RF assembly, the system will automatically make a One
Touch Commissioning first time you start up the system with the new RF
assembly, see
Manual One Touch Commissioning (OTC)
Important
The EXPLORER 6075LX will reboot to perform the self test. Rebooting the
Base Unit will terminate all existing connections.
