Installing the Module (Cont.)

Installing the Module into a DEChub 90

The DECrepeater 90TS hot-swap feature allows you to install the module into the
DEChub 90 without turning off power. Seating the module initiates the powerup
sequence.

1

Seat the module into the 
DEChub 90.

a. Place the module’s mounting

tab into the mounting slot of the
DEChub 90.

b. Pivot the module on the mount-

ing tab and align the connec-
tors.

c. Firmly push the module onto the

backplane connectors until the
release lever clicks.

d. Press down on the release lever

to ensure that it is locked.
