Call Hold Entering Call Hold Flash hook To put a call on hold, press flash
hook.
Return from Call Hold Flash hook To return to the original call, press
flash hook.
Hold Reminder On-hook If remote party still connected,
TES301 will issue reminder ring
after 30 seconds.
Call Transfer Entering Call Transfer Flash hook+DN To transfer a call, press flash then
dial the new number.
To transfer immediately, hang up
(blind transfer).
Abort Call Transfer Flash hook To abort the transfer (if the third
party does not answer), press flash
to return to the original call.
Call Conference Entering Call
Conference Flash hook+DN +
2nd call connected
+ Flash hook To turn a two-party call into a
three-party conference call, press
flash and dial the third party. Wait
for the party to answer, then press
flash.
Drop Call Conference Flash hook /
Hang-up
To drop the third party and return
to a two-party call, press flash
again.
To drop yourself out of the
conference, hang up. The call is
transferred (so that the other two
parties remain connected to each
other).
Call Waiting (CW) Activate CW Not applicable CW automatically activated after
the call.
Deactivate CW *70DN CW can be deactivated on a per-call
basis.
Call Forward
Unconditional (CFU) Activate CFU *72DN Activate CFU with the forward-to
DN.
Deactivate CFU *73 Deactivate CFU.
