HVAC Considerations

degrees F. Within these guidelines and typical usage, diversity of 25 percent can be equated which lowers
cooling requirements and increases overall efficiency. HVAC considerations should be given from the
initial phase of choosing a room. Installing new cooling (or heating) systems can be time-consuming.

Note

Conditions not consistent with these recommendations or typical usage may require additional cooling.
Consult with an HVAC engineer to define building envelope and unique requirements. Additional
equipment such as data displays, document cameras, etc. will require additional cooling.
