Verifying Proper Function of the Lights
Troubleshooting The Lights
A common source of light trouble is not selecting the correct options in Cisco Unified Communications
Manager. To troubleshoot the lights, perform the following steps:
Step 1
Log in to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager web GUI.
Step 2
Navigate to
Device > Phone

Step 3
Find the Cisco Unified IP Phone that controls your Cisco TelePresence system by clicking

Click the hypertext link next to the phone that controls your Cisco TelePresence System to select it.
