Course Program: STRENGTH Program Profile
Incline and Speed changes; Each Profile
Program has 32 segments allowing for a
variety of workouts.
Speed for each incline level is defined as below:
L1=6kph/3.7mph;
L2=7kph/4.3mph;
L3=7kph/4.3mph;
L4=8kph/5mph;
L5=8kph/5mph;
L6=9kph/5.6mph;
L7=10kph/6.2mph
The Speed and Incline levels of STRENGTH Program is shown in the chart below. The
Speed numbers shown in the chart indicate a percentage of the top speed of the program.
