Definition

 

  CALORIES 

Displays the estimated calories that you have burned during 
the workout. 

  DISTANCE 

Displays the distance count (miles or km) in the workout. 

  TIME 

Displays the remaining time or the total time. 

  HEART RATE 

Displays  the  beats  per  minute  (BPM)  from  the  heart  rate 
monitor (heart rate handlebar or chest belt). 

  INCLINE 

Displays the current percent of Incline for the walking deck. 

  SPEED 

Displays the belt speed in miles per hour (mph) or kilometers 
per hour (kph). 

 

(Goal Bar) 

Displays  the  target  status  feedback  to  encourage  user  to 
reach the workout target. Target length can also be adjusted 
in Goal Bar during the workout. 

NOTE:

 Goal Bar is only available when using Goal or H.R.C. 

program. 

 

(Message Window)
