UPDATE OS IMAGE 

OS image upgrade helps optimize the mobile computer’s performance and functionality. 
There are two approaches for updating the OS image, through the CipherLab

 

Image 

DownloadTool, or with the use of an SD card. 

4.7.1.

 

OS UPDATE VIA DOWNLOAD TOOL 

The CipherLab

 

Image Download Tool utility will load the selected OS image onto the mobile 

computer. This utility and the OS image file (.nb0 format) of the latest version are required 
for the OS update. 
To update the mobile computer’s operating system: 

1)

 

Obtain the CipherLab Image Download Tool and install it on your PC. 

2)

 

Open the CipherLab Image Download Tool. 

 

3)

 

Power on the mobile computer and connect it to your PC through a Snap-on Cable or 

Cradle. The icon on the taskbar will show that the device is successfully connected.
