3.1.2 Prism Offset
If the lamp mode is set to Lamp 1 , the prism value should be 0. If Lamp 2 , the value should be 632. If Dual
lamp , the value should be 316. If this value is not changing, the prism mechanism may not be moving
correctly, resulting in the unit being dimmer than expected.
3.1.3 Service Mode
Using the Remote or Built-in Keypad, perform the following actions to get into Service Mode:
1. Turn on the projector.
2. Navigate to: Main Menu > Configuration > Service
3. Press

4. Select OK and then press

to get into the Service Mode.
3.2 OSD Reset
The following actions will allow you to erase all end-users' settings and restore the default OSD setting:
1. Enter Service Mode, as in 3.1.3 Service Mode .
2. Select Factory Reset .
3.3 Reset Lamp Hours
After replacing the Lamp Module, reset lamp hours using the Remote or Built-in Keypad as follows:
1. Navigate to: Main Menu > Lamp > Reset Lamp Hours
2. Select 1 , 2 or Both to reset the lamp hours.
